Meet Stephanie

I'm a neuroscientist and master health coach who helps people understand what's actually happening inside their bodies, so they can stop guessing and start taking the right steps to support their energy, metabolism, and health.

I've been exactly where you are. In 2014, I was running on airport food, five hours of sleep, and a body that was tipping into the Mayday zone across every lab number. I followed the eat-less-move-more advice three times and it failed in the long-term every time. (Spoiler: it was never a willpower problem.)

In 2018 I stopped fighting my biology and started studying it instead. Lost 65 pounds and stayed there - no yo-yo or striving. My labs show a body that is insulin sensitive and no longer inflamed, because I figured out what MY body was actually responding to.
